• Disputes must be submitted within seven (7) days of the invoice issue date
• There is no cost to dispute an invoice
• Please select whether to dispute your invoice online (using the form below) or by mail (instructions below)
• Please expect a decision to be made made within 20 to 30 business days
• If you submit your dispute within 7 days of receiving an invoice, you will not be required to pay the late fee
• AccuParking is not responsible for lost disputes sent by mail

• Your return address must appear on the envelop and dispute letter. Addresses that are illegible cannot be responded to accurately.

• Please include a copy of your invoice. If not available, please ensure you clearly mark your licence plate number.

• Please include a brief description of your dispute for consideration

• If available, please include a copy of any supporting documents that might be required for consideration (proof of payment, parking pass, letter of permission, etc.)

AccuParking is under no obligation to return any documents received via mail, so please send copies of your documents and keep your originals.
